HR/Finance Clerk
The Butts County Board of Commissioners is seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional to join our Administration team as an HR/Finance Clerk. This position provides administrative support to both the Human Resources and Finance Departments and plays an important role in delivering quality service to County employees and the public.
The position includes responsibilities such as providing HR and payroll support, accounts payables, data entry, preparing reports and correspondence, scanning records, receipt of payments, and assisting customers in person and by telephone.
A Strong Candidate Will Have:
- One (1) to three (3) years of professional office experience
- Knowledge of standard accounting practices and office procedures
- Strong organizational and customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer software
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
