CALL FOR NOVEMBER 3, 2026, GENERAL / SPECIAL COUNTY REFERENDUM ELECTION
To be published in a newspaper of appropriate circulation pursuant to O.C.G.A. § 21-2-2(3). Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with O.C.G.A. § 21-2-540, the following elections will be held on Tuesday, November 3, 2026 in Butts County, Georgia:
Special Referendum – Homestead Exemption

Advance in-person voting for the November 3, 2026 Election will be held at the following times and location:
- October 13 – 16, 2026: 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
- October 17, 2026: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- October 19 – 23, 2026: 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
- October 24, 2026: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- October 26 – 30, 2026: 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Election Day Voting
On Election Day, Tuesday, November 3, 2026, polls will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Voter Registration Deadline
The last day to register to vote in this election is October 5, 2026. Voters may check their registration status or view sample ballots online at mvp.sos.ga.gov.
Absentee Ballots
