Case #10(01)-2018 David Whitaker of Jackson, Georgia is requesting a rezoning from AR – Agricultural-Residential to R-1 – Single- Family Residential – Low Density. Said property is located on Jim McMichael Road (Map 43& Parcel 42-B02), Land Lot 197, First Land District. The purpose of the rezoning request is to construct a new residential home.

☐ 2018-10-200 Ratification of State of Emergency Declaration-Mr. Michael Brewer
The Board will be requested to ratify the Chairman’s Declaration of a State of Emergency covering the recent Hurricane Michael incident.
