Mr. Douglas called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm, joined by all Members.

Adoption of the Docket
Mr. Crumbley moved to approve the docket, seconded by Mr. Henderson and approved unanimously with the removal of Item 142.

Item 2023-07-139 Approval of Resolution CR202339 Equipment Purchase for Firefighters
Mr. Rivers moved to approve, seconded by Mr. Henderson with unanimous consent.

Item 2023-07-140 Approval of Resolution CR202340 Accepting GMC Scope of Work Contract
Mr. Brown moved to approve, seconded by Mr. Rivers with unanimous consent.

Item 2023-07-141 Re-Adopt Resolution CR202331 Levying Millage for 2023
Mr. Brown moved to approve, seconded by Mr. Rivers with unanimous consent.

Item 2023-07-143 Public Hearing Case 05-01-2023 RZ (Jackson Road & Highway 16)
Chairman Douglas opened the hearing. Two spoke in favor of, no one spoke against. The hearing was closed and no action was taken pending the creation of a development agreement.

Item 2023-07-144 Public Hearing Case 06-02-2023 RZ (Colwell Road & Highway 16)
Chairman Douglas opened the hearing. No one spoke in favor of or against. The hearing was closed and no action was taken pending the creation of a development agreement.

Item 2023-07-145 Approval of Resolution CR202341 Authorizing Closing on 6 Byars Street
Mr. Brown moved to approve, seconded by Mr. Rivers with unanimous consent.

Item 2023-07-146 Adjournment
Mr. Crumbley moved to adjourn, seconded by Mr. Brown with unanimous consent. Adjourned.
