At this time 12 are land lots and one contains a structure
- Can you provide a breakdown of commercial verses residential?
All residential at this time.
- What percentage of properties are occupied versus vacant?

- If the condition of the property is not fit for sell will the commission, consider upgrading?

- For closing purposes, what name will be used at settlement?
