Called Meeting 6:00 PM
Vice Chairman Crumbley called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm. Also in attendance was Commissioner Joe Brown and Commissioner Ken Rivers, joined by Chairman Douglas who was delayed.

Item 2023-02-030 Adoption of the Docket
Mr. Brown moved to approve the docket, seconded by Mr. Henderson and approved with unanimous consent.

New Business
Item 2023-02-031
A public hearing was held on the annual update to the Short Term Work Program and the Capital Improvement Element of the Comprehensive Plan. No one spoke in favor of or against the updates and the hearing was closed.

Item 2022-02-032 Adjournment
Mr. Henderson moved to adjourn, seconded by Mr. Brown with unanimous consent.
