Just a reminder that Butts County Offices will observe the Christmas Holiday today, Monday December 26th, and will reopen tomorrow. Recycling Centers, however, will open today at 1PM and will be open until 7PM at all locations.

Residents around the county may notice some water pressure issues. The water authority is checking for leaks that may have been caused by freezing pipes and will work to mitigate these. Issues with the City of Jackson water system have been reported as well (see separate post for more information). We will be assisting both in helping to locate water pipe issues and working to help them resolve these as quickly as possible.
