PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

The Butts County Board of Commissioners will conduct public hearing(s) for the purpose of considering the matter(s) listed below. The hearing(s) will be held on Monday, April 11, 2022 at 6:00 PM at the Butts County Administration Building in Courtroom B located at 625 West Third Street, Jackson, Georgia.

River Park Industrial, LLC aka LGS Industrial, LLC is requesting an amendment to the existing development agreement for property located on Highway 16 West, Jackson, GA. The amendment is pertaining to Buildings 2 and 3 industrial sites of the existing development agreement.

In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, persons needing special accommodations to participate in the above hearings should call the Butts County Board of Commissioners office at 770-775-8200, no later than 24 hours before the scheduled hearings.
