Opening:
A called meeting of the Butts County Board of Commissioners was called to order at 7:30 PM on June 27th, 2013 in the C. Wayne King Auditorium, Jackson Georgia by Chairman G.S. “Gator” Hodges.

A. Approval of Docket
Item 2013-06-081 Motion by Henderson to approve, seconded by McDaniel with a 4-0 vote recorded.

B. New Business
Item 2013-06-082 Adoption of County Combined Millage Rate; Mr. Brewer presented the county mil rate of 14.163, the state at .150 and the school board mil rate of 19.000 for a combined total of 33.313. Chairman asked for a motion to adopt the combined millage rate of 33.313 and to designate the use of Insurance Premium Funds to Fire Protection (Emergency Services) in the amount of $785,858.81. McDaniel motioned to adopt, seconded by Patterson with unanimous consent.
