Anticipated proposers would be companies that provide a total, in-house fleet management system that would provide procurement and leasing of vehicles equipped with telematics for everyday government use, providing maintenance for vehicles, determining the lifecycle of vehicles and replacing vehicles with new leased products at their end of lifecycle. These companies would lease said vehicles to the county government for a specified period of time, after which the vehicles would be cycled out for replacement lease vehicles. We are looking for proposals from companies that provide an entire solution in-house for all of the above parameters.
