Early Voting continues next week at the Butts County Administration Building but did you know that you can also vote this Saturday? Each time there is an election with early voting, one Saturday is set aside to allow those who work out-of-town and can’t easily get by here to come and cast their vote. The Elections Office will be open on Saturday, October 25th from 9AM until 4PM to allow registered voters to cast their ballot early. Come and take advantage of this chance to vote on Saturday when it’s convenient for YOU!
Early voting is only held at the Administration Building prior to Election Day. Once early voting has ended, voters will only have the opportunity to vote on Election Day at their registered precinct and will not be allowed to vote at the Elections Office in Jackson. Voters registered to vote in Flovilla City Elections may also vote early at the Administration Building in the separate election for Mayor. Those not voting early who wish to vote on Election Day will have to vote in the City Election at Flovilla City Hall and in the state and federal elections at their polling place (precinct). Please take advantage of the convenience of being able to vote in one place and come vote early!
