The Board of Commissioners will have a called meeting on Monday, October 5 at 8:00 AM for the purposes of holding a closed Executive Session to discuss a personnel matter. No other business is planned for discussion at this meeting and no actions are anticipated. Due to the regular October meeting being cancelled this month, the Board is unable to meet and handle this matter on October 12th as they would have normally done. The proposed docket is as follows:

The meeting will be called to order in the lobby of the Butts County Administration Building, 625 W. Third Street, Jackson Georgia, after which the Board will go into closed session.
