Community Development Coordinator
The Community Development Department of Butts County is seeking to fill the position of Community Development Coordinator.
We are looking for a dependable, energetic person with well-developed customer service skills, who works with a minimum of supervision and exercises excellent independent judgment; speaks effectively and is attentive to detail.
Duties include but are not limited to: receptionist and customer service for the department; assistance with initial and renewal applications, permits, business licenses and alcohol licenses; scheduling inspections; recording data and preparing applicable reports; serves as Notary Public; and processes open records requests.
Minimum Training and Experience: High school diploma or GED; familiar with technology.
