Thank you for your interest in Butts County, Georgia and the Office of the Board of Commissioners. Butts County is committed to taking advantage of all the opportunities the digital millenium offers to make information more easily available to the public. This sight will be used as an adjunct to the Butts County website and allow for enhanced ability to post information quickly and allow users to either view the material anytime they wish or subscribe and have information sent to them by e-mail. Currently, we will post agendas for all County Commission meetings as soon as they are approved. Minutes of the meetings will be posted in a separate section, as will the County newsletter and important local events that have widespread community impact. During times of emergency, we will also use the weblog to post updates that the public needs to keep them better informed.

The Administration Complex, located at 625 West Third Street in Jackson is open Monday through Friday from 8am until 5pm except on holidays/furlough days. If what you need is not available here or on our website, please feel free to stop by or contact our main office at 770-775-8200.
