Jalaludin K. (Keith) Douglas
District 4 Commissioner

Commissioner Keith Douglas was elected in a special called election in 2009 and took office immediately upon winning his seat. He was re-elected in 2010 to a full term of office and has since completed his Basic and Advance Commissioner Certification from the University of Georgia’s Carl Vinson Institute of Government. He is an employee of the Georgai Department of Corrections where he serves as a Lieutenant in the state prison system and enjoys giving his time freely to work with youth in the 4-H programs in Butts County. In 2012 he was elected by the Board of Commissioners as their Vice Chairman and currently serves in that capacity.
