Michael O’Quinn represents Butts County as its Chief Legal Counsel. He has been appointed by the Board of Commissioners numerous times since the mid 1990′s. As County Attorney, Mr. O’Quinn advises the Board and Executive Staff on all legal matters and coordinates legal affairs for the County, either by direct process or securing the appropriate specialized counsel to handle issues.
